A very clean and well-organized Vietnamese rice noodle restaurant located in front of the Jeonnam Provincial Office in Samhyang-eup, Muan. The wooden exterior gives the place a warm and neat atmosphere even before you enter. One thing that stands out is the ordering system. You first choose your menu and pay at the kiosk on the right side of the entrance. After completing the payment, a staff member guides you to your seat. The process is simple and efficient. The rice noodles are light and refreshing with a clear broth. Fresh green onions and chili add a nice aroma, and the overall flavor is clean rather than heavy. It’s easy to enjoy the entire bowl without feeling greasy. Overall, a tidy restaurant with a smooth ordering system and a well-balanced bowl of Vietnamese rice noodles. 일반적으로 먹던 진한 쌀국수 맛은 아닙니다 국물이 맑아서 처음엔 별로인가? 생각했는데 먹을수록 감칠맛이 올라와서 질리지 않고 먹기에 좋았어요 조용한 분위기를 만들기위해 옆사람과 조용히 대화해달라고 적혀있어서 그런지 음식에 집중할 수 밖에 없는 분위기였어요 그리고 1인1메뉴 주문시 사리추가가 됩니다
