Dear MihiMihi Management, I would like to make a formal complaint regarding the service I received at your store on 2 September 2026 at 17:43 hrs. I visited your store to purchase a drink and a snack. Unfortunately, the staff member who was on duty at the time, Cashier: NESNES, provided extremely poor customer service and displayed a very unpleasant and disrespectful attitude towards me. I was very disappointed by the way I was treated. As a customer, I believe I should be treated with basic courtesy, respect, and professionalism. The attitude and level of service I experienced were completely unacceptable and left me feeling very uncomfortable and disappointed with my visit to MihiMihi. I would appreciate it if management could review this incident, investigate the staff member's conduct, and take appropriate action to prevent similar situations from happening to other customers. I am making this complaint because I believe good customer service is very important, and I hope MihiMihi takes customer feedback seriously. I look forward to hearing from management regarding this matter. Thank you. Meal type: Other Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I felt unwell and asked the staff where the nearest restroom was, but he replied that he didn't know. The service attitude was really terrible. Even though I didn't make a purchase, I still want to leave a bad review. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
