情報の誤りを報告する
Cockroaches in the room,
had 4 rooms booked and they gave me one with a broken spring Mattress another one filled with cockroaches, when I asked for New rooms they said we are full as it's new years and changed one room with a better Mattress, and one room gave the key back
used only 3 rooms while I was there as I refused to use the one with cockroaches in it and gave them the key and said give me refund they agreed at that time, but in the morning they said you can't refund I paid for 4 rooms only used 3 rooms not my fault the rooms bed is broken or and another is filled with cockroaches

in the last i would say few counter staff is not good.
