人里離れたホテルの中にあり、客はほとんど居ないけど、味と新鮮さは言うことなしです。二回目に行くなら、シェフに減塩を頼むだけです。 追伸：ホテルの門の前にいた警備員はこのレストランの存在は知らなかったので一分ぐらい戸惑っていました。 追伸２：カードより現金を持って行った方がいいと思います。なぜかと言うと、タッチで払えないし、機械に入れても断られたからです。お支払いにホテルのレセプションに行くことになりました。

Poor service. We’ve been waiting for sashimi plate and couple more dishes for around one hour and didn’t get it. Thus cancelled the order. Also ebi maki rolls don’t match the ones in the menu (there are 8 pieces on the photo and only 6 on the plate, doesn’t sound fair). The only good thing is the view, but service and food don’t cost that price. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

I was graciously treated to a spectacular 7 course Omakase by Chef Noom. It was a magical and sublime experience. His humility hides his originality in creating unique fusion dishes that are balanced and tantalizing to the palate. Prices are very reasonable for this level of attention and creativity. Kudos to Chef Noom and the staff for a consummate culinary experience.
