Update on 9/22 another pleasant lunch with friend （updated photo deck） ----- During a recent outing with friends, I had the privilege of dining at Mikoto Donburi, a gem nestled in the heart of Central. This restaurant, specializing in Chirashi Don, captured my heart with its freshness, quality, and value. I had the Premium Chirashi, a vibrant assortment of fish over perfectly seasoned sushi rice. Each bite offered a symphony of flavors that only the freshest seafood can provide. The sashimi was exceptionally tender, melting effortlessly in my mouth, a testament to the chef's skill and high-quality ingredients. My friends indulged in the Assorted Tuna Don and Wagyu Beef Don. The tuna, in its various forms, was a celebration of the deep sea - fresh, delectable, and flavorful. The Wagyu Beef Don, ordered by my friend's child, was equally impressive. The beef was tender and well-marinated, a delight for the young palate. Accompanying our main dishes, we ordered Grilled Scallops Sashimi and Seasoned Abalone. The scallops were perfectly seared, retaining a delicate, sweet flavor. The Abalone was tender and seasoned to perfection, a prized sea delicacy presented in its best form. In terms of value, Mikoto Donburi delivers a high cost-performance ratio. Despite the high quality of ingredients and the skillful preparation, the prices were surprisingly reasonable. This balance of cost and quality is a rare find, making Mikoto Donburi a must-visit for any food lover. To conclude, Mikoto Donburi is a culinary delight that offers an authentic, high-quality dining experience at a great price. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in search of fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented Japanese cuisine.
