Absolutely loved this hidden gem of a pasta bar. It felt warm, intimate, and welcoming. As first-time guests, the chef surprised us with a glass of wine, which set the tone for a thoughtful and personal dining experience. We ordered the carbonara and lasagna. My fav was the carbonara. The lasagna has a nice meet sauce that had red wine in it. Watching the chef prepare our meals right in front was nice. The dishes were simple, fresh, and full of flavor. If you’re looking for a cozy spot with authentic, delicious pasta and genuine hospitality, this place is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back. If you’re craving a taste of Italy while you’re in Pyeongtaek, you have to stop by Milan Pasta Bar. It’s small, cozy, and homely. The chef makes delicious pasta, always has a rotating bottle of wine, and home makes his bread. My wife and I have come every week, and Milan never disappoints. Try the Roman Carbonara, Scarlett’s Pasta, and have the Steak as an appetizer. If not, the salad and shrimp pasta is also a great choice. There are four seats at the bar and one small room for a table for six. This is definitely a hole in the wall one man show, but it’s always the same chef and the quality is always consistent. The music selection and dim lighting make this a relaxing meal after a long week or a great date location. Price per person: ₩20,000–30,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: One or two vegetarian options, and you can speak directly to the chef to make specific requests.
