Healthy, Delicious, and Friendly - A Gem in Ari! I highly recommend Nom Kap Ka Nom Pang (นมกับขนมปัง). This is a fantastic spot for genuinely healthy and delicious Thai food. I visited during their office lunch (12-13 PM in the Ari area), and it was quite busy, but the service was incredibly efficient. My food arrived quickly despite the crowd. The concept is great: a healthy take on classic Thai dishes (a "Healthy Siam diet"). The taste absolutely delivers – everything is flavorful and satisfying. I especially loved the Green Curry with purple Rice and an omelet – a perfect, wholesome combo. A charming detail is the daily specials written in Thai on a blackboard at the front. If you're a foreigner, don't let that stop you! You can simply take a photo and use Google Translate, or even better, go in and ask the owner, Khun Angun. She is very kind, cooks the food herself, and is happy to help. The service is excellent and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. This is now my go-to place in Ari for a tasty, healthy, and fuss-free meal. Definitely give it a try! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Hidden on the M floor (underground) of S.P. Building (AKA IBM Building), Milk and Bread is famous for variety of sandwiches, breakfast, smoothies, and home-cook Thai cuisine.I personally like the sandwich with extra veggies.I sometimes have rice menu as breakfast also (irresistible). Strongly recommend to try the rice menu which is not simple Thai cuisine you can find on the street restaurant. Pretty interesting rice dishes here.The restaurant is run by the lady owner who is very attentive to the customers (she seems to know all her customers). Staff also share same standard of customer service to the owner.Price is acceptable compared to the ingredients. I sometimes see some customers ask the owner to buy some ingredients for them to cook at home.One downside about this restaurant is the ventilation system. The smell of cooking is pretty overwhelmed. So some may not want their clothes to have that smell. That’s why I give 4 stars.Recommend.
