Unfriendly toilets, only 1 toilet and it’s locked only for tenants’ use. Apparently the public and drivers are not humans, heard so much bad stuff about this building and they do live up to their name. Millage parking: the most despicable business I ever seen. Hourly rate at $1:50. Capped at $5 daily. Numerous times they will just abruptly remove the cap during the day and you will be charged over $10 for that day. When we stopped parking due to the removal of cap and high hourly rates, they will implement a cap again to attract drivers. Once they hit a certain amount of drivers parking there again, they will randomly and abruptly remove the cap again and a lot of drivers will be charged “no cap” parking rate. Unscrupulous. I don’t know how businesses are ran nowadays, but this business plays human psychology to the maximum. Carpark badly designed with very steep slopes and curves. To make matters worse, they recently added dividers in the middle making it rather difficult to negotiate the turns and avoiding the wall.

I'm a tenant here. What I can say that the management is very poor. Told them to change the toilet water spray almost a year ago because the current water spray is not convenient to use when you want to wash up yourself. And until now no news or changes! What so difficult to change the toilet water spray? Ridiculous and useless management.
