Usually long queues in the morning. Breads are always fresh and fluffy. Lots of variety. The bread fillings are also generous. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Location is not well kept. I ordered 3 plain waffles. Infront of me was an older man who ordered 1 waffle with peanut filling. During the process of making the waffles someone came to purchase a cake. They operate by printing a date code at the bottom of the cake and realised that the cake is expired and hence offered an alternative. While doing so, the older man who ordered his waffles before me had his waffle inside the waffle maker and it was burning. The staff eventually came back after consulting their backend staff and concluded the cake could not be sold. The staff subsequently opened up the waffle maker and it was burnt badly. She instinctively told the older man its burnt and is not safe for consumption , she subsequently took the waffle that I ordered and gave it to the older man. Tucked the burnt waffle on the plate nicely and it was burnt on one side while the other side was just very brown. When it was my turn to collect the 3 plain waffles she tried to sneak/offer the very burnt waffles to me in my 3 plain waffles. I confronted the staff on ground and said that she herself deemed it as not safe for consumption but instead tried to push it off to me. To make matters worst , she tried to conceal the charred end by hiding it in the inside of the fold so it does not look obvious. She subsequently just played it off as.. “Oh , you don’t want this? “. Simply ridiculous. I refused the last waffle and just said I will take the 2 already made but I don’t want anymore as clearly their SOP is lacking. Lo and behold upon reaching home when I checked my waffles. Not just was the charred waffle rejected and taken away. Their waffle maker itself is inconsistent in making the waffles. This belong to the second group being placed into the waffle maker at the same time but it came out different. -ABSOLUTELY AVOID AT ALL COST Picture shows batch 2 with both waffles being made at the same time but came out totally different. Equipment also got issue. Staff mentality also got issue. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
