肉類の質は高いと思う。しゃぶ鍋が1人ひとつ設置されており、衛生上優れている。ただ残念なのは掘りテーブルではないので、長時間滞在は足に負担が掛かります。. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: ฿1,000+

牛肉と豚肉の両方いただきました 牛肉は高いお値段の方を食べないと結構パサパサしてる印象 豚肉の方がベター というか、、 お肉どうこうというより ごまだれもポン酢もアマ〜い 私には甘すぎでした^_^; たぶんタイの方たちにはちょうどいいんでしょうね それを気にせずさくっと食べるにはいいかもです. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿1,000+

Finally tried Minamoto Shabu in Thonglor and this might be one of my favourite Japanese hotpot spots in Bangkok right now. The whole concept feels very understated Japanese luxury - quiet, warm lighting, natural wood tones, private corners and zero chaos even in the middle of Thonglor. Feels more like dining in Tokyo than Bangkok somehow. The soup base here is really the star. You can taste the kombu and dashi depth immediately, especially with the premium wagyu sets. Their ponzu has this balanced citrusy finish that cuts through the richness perfectly, while the sesame sauce feels freshly grounded and super fragrant. Simple flavours but done properly. Design-wise, I love how minimal the space is without feeling too serious. Soft lighting, clean Japanese interiors and comfortable spacing between tables make it perfect for slow dinner conversations. Very “Thonglor but calm”. Parking in Thonglor is usually stressful but this one is surprisingly manageable with nearby parking options around the soi, so coming by car was easier than expected. Definitely a spot I’d come back to when craving proper Japanese shabu without the overly commercial vibe. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿1,800–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
