this is one of the best teppanyaki restaurant in hong kong i'm sure. things are at a very high standard. the place was quiet and cozy, they offer a cabinet to store our belongings that keep it away from any scents. we were seated at the round big teppan that we could see the chef cooking, that's really the big part that a teppanyaki dinner must have. we're served by chef "master ball" that night and he was very professional. skillful cooking that manage the time really well, and he (and the serving team, nonetheless) was very caring too to see what we were up to and all our needs. i really enjoyed the fish and the thick cut wagyu. before getting to the dessert, we were served with a sugar toast, that was amazing! we saw him cook to sugar from loose to brown and burnt, then let the toast completely take up the caramel, it was super tasty and crispy! no matter what the rice and anything stuff up the stomach, i must always have a room for this toast! everything was excellent, great night i had here. We have had great experiences in Minato, coming back as a general guest. It is very disappointing, we have to keep reminding table service is needed when you ordered a bottle and being held at the service station. There is literally seafood shell on the plate from previous dish, and we need to clear the plate to the side in order to have the next dish that being served. Minato. Minato…. This is why we can’t speak of basis service level. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $500+
