Definitely one of my most favorite place for breakfast and coffee in Chiang Mai. I came here several times, the spaghetti with meatballs and the pancakes where outstanding, by far the best I have had in Thailand. The service was always fast and friendly as well. If you are looking for a comfortable place with a lovely little garden and super yummy food + coffee this place is perfect.
