Ming Court (Great Eagle Centre) is the Wanchai branch of the Michelin-starred restaurant Ming Court (Cordis Hong Kong). Online reservation is straightforward. One of the private rooms which can accommodate up to 12 people is spacious and bright. Servers are professional and accommodating. Corkage is HK$500 per 750ml bottle. The traditional Cantonese cuisine is delicious and of great quality. Highlights of the evening include the crispy Fried Lotus Root Chips with Salt, the succulent Deep-Fried Stuffed Crab Shell with Fresh Crab Meat and Onions (HK$228/person), the flavorful Braised Boston Lobster in Coconut Sauce Accompanied with Deep-Fried Bun, and the exquisite Braised 6-Head South African Abalone with Goose Web and E-Fu Noodles in Supreme Abalone Sauce.
