Poor service at the Woodlands outlet. Did not offer menu to customers even when asked, and told to retrieve menu themselves. Would be understandable if it was busy, but the staff were just standing around and talking. Food quality was very bad.

Went to the branch/outlet at Keat Hong Mirage, the experience was terrible - first and last visit it is. Ordered the salted egg bittergourd along with other dishes, was told no more salted egg, so we changed the order to brinjal. 30 minutes into the wait, nothing arrived, except a staff conning to inform that there's no more brinjal. Totally understand that ingredients do run out, but it takes 30 minutes to find that out? So yeah, first and last.

Ordered through Deliveroo. Bland and tasteless. It’s not difficult to know the real reason for this poor food standard that a owner has the cheek to own the business, the cook who has the professionalism to bring the food to their guests. The missing ingredients is Passion. Never before had to add sambal chilly to the seafood bee Hoon and the white been boon. Won’t be ordering for this and helping to share with friends not to waste money and time on Ming Kitchen.
