My recent visit to Ming Xing Restaurant at Cape Dara Resort in Pattaya was delightful. The lunch dim sum buffet offered an impressive array of Hong Kong–style dim sum—steamed, fried, and freshly prepared throughout the service. Highlights included juicy shrimp dumplings, barbecue pork buns, and a rotating selection of other savory treats Perfectly suited for both leisurely family meals and intimate gatherings, Ming Xing balances tasteful surroundings with high-quality cuisine. It’s a great spot for anyone craving expertly made dim sum in Pattaya. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
