The bagels and drinks are good, brownie is ok-ish, but the service needs to be improved.. We sat down at the table but nobody brought us a menu nor came to ask. So, we went to get the menu by ourselves, ordered at the counter, and we were asked to pay right away. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and avocado, but there was no avocado in it when it was served. I repeated twice to the staff, his answer was “No avocado”. I pointed at the bill that I’ve already paid, the staff left and came back with another staff then said “it’s finished”.. Ok, why not inform and ask if I’d like to add something else to my order before serving? Or perhaps recheck with the kitchen staff if the ingredients were enough to be ordered before paying? At the end I chose to add Smoked Salmon instead and paid 40 baht extra. It wasn’t a big hustle, but their action and service weren’t impressive and quite slow. I’m not expecting for a 5-star service but just more decent attention to clients. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

been here 5 times in my 10 day trip. Brought my friends here. Great service, bagels are delicious and so many options, so cute to sit also best hangover food. Best scrambled not oily, and sooo fluffy Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
