I don’t usually even write reviews but this one was upsetting. Nice atmosphere but unfortunately not up to HOMA standards with the food and service that was extremely slow to give us even the menu (we waited for 10 minutes). Additionally our food was extremely bland and had no taste and was totaled to a very expensive bill for two dishes after service and vat. Staff’s reasoning was that they were lacking in staff (there’s 7 of them walking around and chatting in a group and not paying attention to customers) and that the restaurant is busy (there’s 3 other tables aside from ours) Super disappointed about the meal :’(. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿400–600

Your comments are taken very seriously. What you described is not the level of service or dining experience we aim to deliver, especially under the HOMA standards that our guests expect.Transitions like this can come with challenges, but that is not an excuse for the experience you had.
