Went here with my mom back in Nov so it's a super belated review. Ofc this is all personal/subjective as experiences of entertainment and consumption are. Food wise, all precise and diligent and great ingredients. Service wise, again, all precise and diligent. Across both, there's no SOUL. Not once did I have a "omg I'm so happy" moment. It's different for everyone but for me, I need to feel the soul and/or warmth in my food and hospitality. I got neither at Mingles. Everyone (and the food) was tense in their mannerisms and words which made it very hard for me to connect with the experience. Every dish was precise but there isn't a single one that I can remember -- not much character or creativity. I get how their three stars could be very well justified. Just not for me and not worth the limited time I had. I prefer Joo Ok in NYC over this place any day. 맛, 서비스 둘 다 정확하고 프로페셔널 하지만... 재미가 없음. 너무 좋은 한국 재료들에서 한국 특유의 '정'이나 '손맛'을 나는 못 느꼈음 ㅠㅠ 차라리 뉴욕에있는 주옥이 더 창의적이고 재미있고 따뜻하고 그냥 더 맛있었습니당.
