I had high expectations for this spot, but the experience was a major letdown. We ordered the Flaming Crab, Drunken Mantis Shrimp, and Crispy Beef Brisket. The Flaming Crab was the only highlight fresh and perfectly cooked. Unfortunately, it couldn't save the rest of the meal. The Beef Brisket was incredibly oily and bland. It tasted like unseasoned meat in fried batter, with uneven cuts ranging from overly lean to pure fat. The Mantis Shrimp was large but lacked freshness, resulting in a mushy texture, and the wine marinade hadn't penetrated the meat at all. Service was surprisingly unprofessional for this price point I’ve had more attentive service at local fast-food joints. The atmosphere felt like a cheap upstairs bar in Mong Kok. It was loud, chaotic, and "regulars" were constantly stepping out for smoke breaks. Even when drunk customers began disturbing others, the staff failed to intervene. Not recommended.
