As a prawn noodle fanatic having tried many famous/Michelin award shops, this is one of the best prawn noodles I’ve tasted! Really comforting bowl with well balanced savoury notes. Pork ribs were tender and fell off the bone, and prawns were actually really fresh with a hint of sweetness! Overall very satisfying and you can really feel the chef’s heart and effort in every bowl :-)

Ming's Prawn Noodle has been my favourite dine in place since it's opening. A must try if you are visiting Alexander Food Village. Recommend the dry version with Kway tiao and mee.
