I heard these croissants are amazing, let's try them today. They’re known for being mini and delicate, each mini croissant is about one third the size of normal croissants from other places. But don’t think they’re overpriced. They’re sold by weight. The original taste croissants cost 70 Baht per 100 grams, and you usually get four or five in a bag. Overall, it’s quite reasonable. Now, let’s talk about what makes their croissants special. First, they’re on the sweeter side. They don’t have that buttery aroma like others, but instead, a light and subtle sweetness that isn’t overwhelming. The shiny surface might make you think the sweetness comes only from the glaze, but as you slowly enjoy it, you’ll notice the sweetness is evenly spread throughout smooth and not too rich. What’s even more unique is that their croissants stay firm and textured even without reheating or toasting. It feels like they’ve really paid attention to this detail. As for the chocolate croissant, it has just the right amount of chocolate filling inside, not too much, not too little. The packaging is simple and minimalist. A white eco-friendly paper bag with the red colour mini one printed on it. After placing the croissants inside, they seal it with a small thumb sized tiny red sticker, which is simple yet classy. The customer service was just fine but I think it more training is needed to boast the sale. One suggestion I’d like to make is about the display cabinet. I think it should be more visible and better lit to make the croissants look more appetizing. The current cabinet is a bit dim, with some ads and weighing equipment on top, which blocks the view. It’s hard to see the croissants unique qualities at a glance, and it doesn’t really catch the eyes of people passing by. This is just my personal opinion, but I hope the owner finds it helpful!
