This is our ‘go to’ coffee shop in this area. Coffees are very well prepared with the choice of ‘special’ ‘medium’ or ‘dark’ roast. We choose dark with lots of flavour and not bitter. There are many Minimals in the city where you can be sure of consistently good coffee. Service here is delightful and we are always welcomed with a smile. "Minimal Coffee" is a popular spot for coffee fans in Chiang Mai, right by the highway, and it has plenty of space for hanging out, whether you're alone or with a group. They've got a smoking area outside for smokers, even though, you know, it's not the best for your health. The music's chill, and they've teamed up with "Queens" for pastries, so you can grab coffee and a treat. Plus, they give out free water. Pretty cool, right?
