Minimal Coffee is a small café tucked away from the busier streets. They offer a good selection of coffee, along with alternative milk options, which is always appreciated. It has a slightly more polished and commercial feel than some of the smaller boutique cafés around the city, but it is still a pleasant and convenient place to stop. Overall, the coffee was enjoyable, and I would recommend visiting if you are passing by. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
