Fujinshu Group's new product is Minshenghui Beef Pot, which focuses on warming beef hot pot. Let’s talk about the soup base first. The boiling fee is 350 per person. Only the soup has no ingredients. The soup base of warm-bodied beef, vegetables and fruits is really clear. It can produce a more just ripeness. The shop recommends fried instant noodles with beef for $380. It is very salty and the sauce is too strong. The fried instant noodles are also very soft and sticky. It is also $380 for fried beef with kimchi recommended by the store. When ordering, the store also reminded us to use table-style kimchi, and I was dumbfounded after serving it. Let alone table-style kimchi, this seasoning is like ginger intestines... super sour, just smelling it is very sour. I can't eat it. The bean curd that can be made in the store is tender bean curd. The radish is stewed first, so it is not afraid that it will not be tasty enough after being put into the pot. Warm-bodied beef is $320 for a serving, and the portion is not much, but it is recommended to order after eating to maintain freshness. For the overall dining experience, compared to other warm-bodied beef hot pots, Minsheng Hui wins in the more trendy decoration and dining environment, in exchange for a higher price and slightly less-than-deserved fried items. The per capita consumption is about $1200. The space on the first floor of the store is noisy because all the tables are in the same space, especially when you meet customers who have a drink. The store sells beer. B1 has two boxes, not sure about the consumption method, but it can seat 6-8 people. The toilet is also located on B1, there is no elevator, only steep stairs to go up and down.
