ドウムアン空港から近くスタッフも仕事に徹していて教育も出来てる。部屋も綺麗。朝食の隣の中庭で食事しながらタバコも吸える。朝食もメニューが沢山あり、とても満足。コスパはいいですね。

If you are looking for an exceptional place to stay while visiting the city, the Grand Miracle Hotel is the absolute perfect choice. From the moment I arrived, I was completely blown away by the quality of the property. It is incredibly rare to find a hotel that is this very affordable while still offering such a stunning and beautiful atmosphere. The facilities are pristine, and the rooms provide a fantastic, relaxing retreat after a long day of travel and exploring the sights. However, what truly elevates this establishment above the rest is the unparalleled hospitality. It is, without a doubt, truly the best service I have ever encountered. Specifically, I want to personally acknowledge an extraordinary staff member, Khunotharos. Her dedication to guest satisfaction is simply unmatched, and her service was truly unlike anything I have ever experienced anywhere else. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure every single aspect of the stay was flawless/comfortable/memorable. Miracle Hotel is unbelievably lucky to have her on their team... she is a massive asset to their operations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone...this place guarantees a phenomenal, five-star experience from start to finish. I do not take reviewing lightly. I truly mean every word ive said. I cannot give higher praise to this place. Service: 5

I stayed 3 night at Miracle Grand Convention Hotel and had a very good experience. The service was excellent, and the staff were professional and friendly. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made my stay very relaxing. Some parts of the room — such as the mirror and a few pieces of equipment — are a bit old and could be improved or updated, but overall it did not affect my stay much. The hotel is quite far from the BTS, so it is not very convenient for public transportation. You may need to rely on taxis or other transport options to get around. The breakfast is very good. I would like to give feedback for the egg counter staff — if he smiled more, our breakfast would feel even more delicious and perfect. Overall, with good facilities, great service, and delicious breakfast, I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this hotel. Service: 5
