Seolleongtang is my favorite Korean dish and I was excited to finally try it in Korea. Miseong-og did not disappoint! It was a fast-paced dining experience but it seems like the norm in South Korea. The broth was hearty and beef was nice and tender. My only regret is not ordering extra beef!
