Today, around 7.30 pm it is the first time that my wife and I try Misoya Ramen at Emquartier, Bangkok. We order a dish each and both of us really enjoy our ramen noodle soup, the taste is outstanding, better than many ramen places that I tried before. However, half way through our dining there is something wrong with my dish (prefer not to mention it) I immediately inform the serving staff and the manager (can't remember her name) come to talk to me about it. I would like to thank the manager with the way she have solved the situation. There must be certain standard and quality ingredients when you are serving food to the customer and I hope that the restaurant's management will look into this matter. Once again, my wife and I appreciate the service that we have received especially from the manager, without her help I will not be thinking of coming back to this place.
