So far every takeaway experience has been good. Usually friendly staff. Donuts of course are super yummy. Location is at a high traffic, busy entrance. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: $1–10

I queued a long time while carrying my toddler, when it reached my turn, I made my order for a box of donuts and the service staff insist that the person behind me came first and decide to serve the student customer first. Because I was rushing to pick my other kids up so I made the decision to buy donuts quick, this meant that I counted and knew the number of customers infront of me and I’m very sure her judgement was not right. This type of service felt very unfair and I left humiliated and upset without donuts. I’ve decide I will no longer patronize mister donut from this experience. I used to be a returning customer. Very disappointed with this level of service. Poor customer service that requires better training Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
