Misu Seafood Cuisine 御家 is such a happy little find. The whole place feels warm and cozy, with cute Christmas decorations, fairy lights and festive touches that make it super photogenic and give you that holiday mood as soon as you sit down. It’s the kind of restaurant where you just want to relax, chat and slowly enjoy your food. We tried a gorgeous seafood pot with lobster and clams, served in a hot cast-iron casserole. The lobster is sweet and bouncy, the shell slightly charred for extra aroma, and the clams are fresh and juicy. All the seafood juices soak into the rice at the bottom so every spoonful is rich, savoury and full of ocean flavour. The other dish was a beautifully plated pork dish – thick slices of tender pork with a nice crispy edge, laid over a bed of vegetables in a tasty, slightly sweet sauce. The meat is moist, the skin has a satisfying crunch, and the veggies add a nice contrast in texture. Overall, Misu Seafood Cuisine 御家 is a lovely spot for comforting, nicely presented food with a cute Christmas vibe – perfect for a relaxed meal and some festive photos.
