Food was just average, especially the sashimi. If you’re a sashimi lover, for the price, you are better off at other establishments. Service was a mixed bag. My server was this guy who seemed a bit shy, mumbled his words, and struggled to just tell me to flag him when I wanted my next beer. The other servers were more experienced and polite, especially Yvonne who waited patiently with a smile for me to get an OTP to claim a voucher. Might come back again because the service was good, but unfortunately won’t be in my regular japanese buffet rotation. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Mitsuba Japanese Restaurant. Located at level 3 of Clark Quay Central, you can choose a window seating to face the Clark Quay. Relatively noisy. Many tables, configurable for different group sizes from 2 pax to 10 pax. There is a robot delivery cart, but more waitresses who work faster. We ordered ala carte. Portions were generous. Sushi not as fresh as I had in Tokyo when I visited last week. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
