美味しい日本食が食べられるお店です。店員さんの対応がとても良かったです。天ぷらも美味しかったですし、とんかつもオススメ。

Honestly a pretty good hole in the wall restaurant! The homemade udon is so chewy, and the price for dinner set or lunch set is definitely competitive. Highly recommend if you’re in the area! The tempura was also not oily at all. Will def revisit!! Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had a really satisfying dinner at Mitsubaya Udon & Soba in Fortress Hill. We tried the dinner sets—Japanese fried chicken with taru taru sauce and cold udon, plus grilled steak with miso and hot udon. The chicken was crispy without being too oily and went really well with the sauce. The steak was nicely grilled and surprisingly tender. The udon noodles were cooked just right—springy and full of flavor. We also had the 3-type sashimi, and all the fish was super fresh, with two kinds of soy sauce to pair. Staff were friendly and spoke enough English to make ordering smooth and easy. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100–150 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
