The food was decent and the atmosphere was pleasant; however, the service was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, the staff demonstrated a significant lack of awareness and initiative in handling customer service situations. During our meal, a server accidentally spilled a bowl of hot soup onto a customer. Rather than immediately assisting the injured customer and guiding them to wash the affected area, the staff's first response was to clean the table. The customer had to ask for the location of the restroom themselves. Even after spending a considerable amount of time in the restroom, it took the staff far too long to realize the seriousness of the situation and offer any form of assistance, such as providing first-aid cream or checking on the customer's condition. The delayed response was frustrating and reflected a lack of proper service training and emergency awareness. As a result of the incident, medical attention was required at a hospital, where a tetanus injection was administered. While the restaurant did offer a discount on the bill as compensation, it did little to address the overall experience or leave a positive impression. Accidents can happen in any establishment, but the way they are handled is what truly reflects the quality of service. Based on this experience, I found the service standard at this restaurant to be well below expectations and in need of significant improvement. Food: 4 Atmosphere: 3

(This review was written for educational purposes.) This is the sushi bar I was talking about. The small but authentic sushi bar own by the chefs who had trained their skills up from Japan. This is the only place you can find Mitsuru Sushi. The foods look very high quality and appetizing. I think they look a lot better than the photos here. The store's lights aren't as too bright and probably the reason why its better to see the real dish than the images anyone else posted here, including mine. The goose liver topped salmon nigiri is my personal favourite. It gives the extra roast and melty texture to the flavor. Fried garlics taste amazing too. Can't forget some refillable good hot matcha and free miso soup. The place got some nice Japanese 70s-80s music going. The price can be high just as much as the quality of food but has no extra service charge. The location is alright. It is placed on the opposite of PTT gas station and Wat Phasuk. It can be easily missable since it has small storefront and placed near the end of pedestrian walkway. Overall, one of the best Japanese restaurant I have ever had. Thumbs up from me.
