(This review was written for educational purposes.) This is the sushi bar I was talking about. The small but authentic sushi bar own by the chefs who had trained their skills up from Japan. This is the only place you can find Mitsuru Sushi. The foods look very high quality and appetizing. I think they look a lot better than the photos here. The store's lights aren't as too bright and probably the reason why its better to see the real dish than the images anyone else posted here, including mine. The goose liver topped salmon nigiri is my personal favourite. It gives the extra roast and melty texture to the flavor. Fried garlics taste amazing too. Can't forget some refillable good hot matcha and free miso soup. The place got some nice Japanese 70s-80s music going. The price can be high just as much as the quality of food but has no extra service charge. The location is alright. It is placed on the opposite of PTT gas station and Wat Phasuk. It can be easily missable since it has small storefront and placed near the end of pedestrian walkway. Overall, one of the best Japanese restaurant I have ever had. Thumbs up from me.
