Today I experienced the worst and rude service from Ms Sunisa the cashier of Miyazaki Ekkamai branch (on Feb 22, 2019). I and my friends arrived the restaurant at 21.00 hrs after long exhausted day. The last order was 21.15 hrs. Other staff were welcome us nicely. We made our first and last order at that time. The chef cooked us food with smile. At the 21.30 hrs we were asked to pay for bill which was no problem for us. However when Ms Sunisa came to us with the slip for getting my signature, i was about to sign but I had to say one sentence to my friend so I paused my signature. Believe me that pause took less than 2 second then Ms Sunisa start saying, “pls sigh first” in order to hold my words to my friend. It was 21.30 hrs which she should be on duty for 30 mins more. It’s very rude to treat the customer like that. I did complain her direct after all the customer is gone. What she reply to me was “ขอกราาาบขอโทษด้วยนะคะ” (deeeeply apologists) with a sense of irony sorry. What kind of rude service she give to the customer. This to remind you that they are not appreciated to receive customer at the last order. I know every staff are tired from work but you have no right to treat the customer like I was treated.
