Here is a lovely Mexican-inspired restaurant & bar with a stellar cocktail & wine menu. My pick was signature tepache high ball, with an aromatic piece of torched pineapple. This sweet and smooth cocktail was mixed with Mobin house-brewed tepache (a popular Mexican fermented beverage made with fruits, sugar and spice), passion fruit, whisky and club soda. It’s bubbly, summery, and very delightful with a cool amount of tipple in it. The most famous fermented tofu carbonara tasted simply amazing, and it’s named ‘Yau Ma Tei’ to honour its locality. The rich egg sauce was cooked with sweet preserved Chinese sausages sourced from Kowloon. There’s a hint of spiciness to perfectly resemble the flavour of 椒絲腐乳. Baked sausages in ramekin completely blew my mind too. It came with a phenomenal cheese pull, and the three types of wursts were deliciously baked with a very appetising tomato & meat sauce.
