I’ve been to this café a couple of times during my vacation. It is a bit on the pricey side, but the food has always been delicious. The café is clean and compact, which keeps the atmosphere calm and relatively quiet. I would definitely eat there again the next time I visit Citygate Outlet. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The coffee shop located within the CityGate Outlet shopping mall offers a pleasant coffee experience; however, the blueberry cheesecake did not meet expectations. The cake was excessively dry. On a positive note, the service was prompt. Meal type: Other Price per person: $50–100 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Went to moccato on 23 Feb 2026, the customer service was bad and was rule to me. Her name is MARCELA. Reason because I got the seat and ask the staff to clean the table up before I ordered my food. Upon ordering, someone sat on the table n shifted my bag aside and she said she came first which was not the truth. Went to Marcela n told her that I got the seat first. She did not help but insist that customer came first n was even rude to me that she did not understand what I’m talking about when i am actually speaking English. Micheal is the manager of the store and I need him to come back to me on this matter. Reply asap. Picture shown the staff Marcela that was being rude. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $1–50 Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1
