This was our second time at Mocha and Muffins for breakfast. While everything was good the first time, this time was a disaster. We ordered 3 dishes with poached eggs, the first time the eggs came hard, almost well done when we had asked for Medium. We returned the dishes, no problem, issues happen. The second time the eggs came, they were even harder than the first time. We returned 2 of the dishes, my wife just decided to eat hers despite being disappointed by the food. For the prices they charge, and the brand they serve under, inconsistent food quality is not acceptable. Get it wrong one time, fine, but doing even worse the next time indicates serious quality control issues. Will definitely not be visiting again.
