I came across Modern Asian Noodle Service in Sinsa by chance while walking around the area, and ended up loving it. I tried a few of their signature dishes, and the fried eggplant was especially impressive. It’s a Hong Kong-style fusion restaurant, and the place feels clean and thoughtfully designed, with a vibe that really fits their food. Overall, it wasn’t just the dishes themselves but the whole atmosphere that made the experience satisfying. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₩30,000–40,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
