Dear Moin Moin Gelato Owner, My recent experience, which I found to be highly unsatisfactory. Initially, I was informed that there would be no additional charge for any flavour of ice cream. However, upon payment”…”. This discrepancy between the information provided and the charges incurred is concerning and misleading. Moreover, the overall service was disappointing. The ice cream itself was average, with no samples offered prior to purchase, and the staff exhibited a lack of *basic courtesy*, failing to acknowledge me with a simple "thank you" or any welcoming gesture. The seating arrangements were also problematic, with a customer seated uncomfortably close to my table, making the environment feel cramped and uninviting. The atmosphere, in general, was far from accommodating, and the overall service did not meet reasonable expectations. Given the nature of this experience, I feel compelled to express my dissatisfaction and share this feedback, as I believe potential customers should be aware of these issues before visiting your establishment. Based on this experience, I would be unable to give more than a one-star rating and, in truth, would prefer to provide none. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and consider making the necessary improvements to your service standards.
