Authentic and tasty Cantonese cuisine. I personally enjoyed the Dimsum and Sweet and sour pork which in my opinion is the best in Niseko. Quick and friendly service with reasonable pricing makes it a place I’d happily visit again! Price per person: ¥5,000–6,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

An Authentic Taste of Hong Kong in Niseko! Just had an amazing meal at 一期一会, and I can’t recommend it enough! The pastries—especially the egg tarts and beef puff pastries—were incredibly authentic, with a perfect flaky crust and rich, flavorful fillings. What makes this place even more special is that their chefs are actually from Hong Kong, so you know you’re getting the real deal. Their set menu were generous—really great value for money. Everyone in our group left feeling happily satisfied. If you’re craving genuine Hong Kong-style dim sum or just a comforting, delicious meal in Niseko, this is the spot. Will definitely be back!
