女性スタッフの接客が最悪でした。 気分が悪いです。 窓際の席を希望したら、大きな声でできないと言われました。 なぜですか？ たくさん窓際の席は空いてるでしょう？ 案内が面倒なだけですか？ まともに仕事ができないんですね 一流ホテルの接客とは思えない恥ずかしいものです。 この女性の接客でこのホテルの印象は悪くなりました。 接客がどれだけ大事か理解が必要です。 接客の仕事ができるスタッフを置いて下さい。 接客のクオリティの向上を願います。 料理、雰囲気はとても良かったです. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Breakfast

Breakfast at MoMo Café in Courtyard by Marriott Seoul Times Square is lively and very popular. During peak hours, especially on weekends or holidays, the restaurant can get quite crowded, and it’s not uncommon to see a short queue forming outside. Arriving earlier in the morning is definitely recommended if you prefer a quieter dining experience. The breakfast spread is extensive and caters to a wide range of tastes. There is a strong selection of Korean dishes, including traditional sides and hot items, alongside a comprehensive Western breakfast lineup. Guests can enjoy everything from fresh salads and cereals to hot dishes and made-to-order options. One highlight is the egg station, which features a clearly displayed menu listing the available styles — such as omelets with various fillings, fried eggs, and scrambled eggs. This makes ordering straightforward and efficient, even when the restaurant is busy. The pastry section is also impressive, offering a good variety of breads, croissants, and sweet baked goods. A fun and unique touch is the dedicated Nutella booth set up to promote the chocolate-hazelnut spread, allowing guests to pair it with pastries, waffles, or bread — something both adults and children would appreciate.
