Had lunch at Momoyama at Lotte Hotel—braised sea bream head, fish soup, and tempura udon. Everything was clean, light, and very well-balanced. No heavy seasoning, just pure, honest flavors. The braised fish was especially comforting, and the soup was calm and soothing. One of those meals that leaves you feeling satisfied but not weighed down. Simple, elegant, and quietly excellent. Hands down one of the best Japanese dining experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, I truly felt transported straight to the heart of Tokyo. The ambiance was calm, elegant, and authentically Japanese in every detail. The food? Impeccable. Every bite was a reminder of how incredible Japanese cuisine can be when done right. The fish was unbelievably fresh and perfectly prepared—melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Every dish was thoughtfully crafted, and the flavors were clean, balanced, and deeply satisfying.
