Do not visit here! This was hands down the worst Mom’s Touch experience I’ve ever had. The Mix-Up: First of all, the staff didn't bother to check the order numbers properly, so my food was given to someone else. When my order still hadn't come out after nearly 30 minutes, I looked around and realized another customer was eating my food. That person ordered after me, yet they got to eat a more expensive menu faster than me. There were literally only two customers in the store, and they still managed to screw it up. Useless App System: There is absolutely no point in ordering through the app. They don't update it on their system anyway, so they have no clue even if someone else walks off with your pickup order. Terrible Customer Service: To make matters worse, the staff's attitude was atrocious. There was zero apology, and they acted like it was no big deal. Only visit this branch if you absolutely have no other option. I filed a formal complaint with Mom’s Touch, but in their report to headquarters, they downplayed my extra wait time from 16 minutes to just 2 minutes. They even claimed they wouldn't apologize because "an apology cannot be forced." You'd think apologizing when you make a mistake is just basic common sense. 다들 버거 맛이 좋다고 하는데 저도 먹어봤으면 좋았겠네요. 저에게는 최악의 맘스터치 경험이었습니다. 우선 주문번호를 제대로 확인 안해서 제 주문이 다른 사람에게 갔습니다. 주문이 30분 가까이 지나도 안나오길래 봤더니 다른 사람이 제 주문을 먹고있더군요. 그 사람은 나중에 주문하고도 더 비싼 메뉴를 더 빠르게 먹은거죠. 손님이 둘 밖에 없었는데 잘못을 하다니.. 어플로 주문해도 소용없는게 어짜피 시스템으로 반영을 안해서 다른 사람이 픽업해가도 알 수가 없었습니다. 그러고도 어떠한 사죄도 없고 대수롭지 않게 행동하는 등 직원의 태도도 최악이었습니다. 어쩔 수 없는 경우만 이 매장을 이용하세요 맘스터치에 민원을 남겼었는데, 본사에 보고할 때는 제가 추가로 기다린 시간을 16분에서 2분으로 축소해서 보고하거나, 사과는 강요할 수 없는 것이기 때문에 사과는 못하겠다고 하네요.. 잘못하면 사과하는게 상식인데 말이죠 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₩1–10,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
