ホテルチェックアウト後 移動中偶然見つけたお店 お昼時 入店 お客さん誰もいない あれっと思ったがメニュー見てるとお客さんが カウンター席いっぱいに 魚フライカレー注文 野菜も各種ふんだんに このお店選んで正解 美味しく頂きました お店を出ておなか満腹 幸せを感じるそんなお店です. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: NT$200–400

The place is advertised as a Japanese Curry restaurant but the food doesn’t live up to this expectation. I ordered a chicken curry which was beautifully plated/presented but that’s about all that was good with the dish. The chicken was so undercooked I’m sure with a good vet it could be clucking again. The food did arrive extremely quickly after ordering so this probably explains why as they barely had time to cook it. And the flavours were simply not that of a Japanese curry - more linked to a very average low spice Indian curry. There’s very limited space for seats and so there’s a high turnover, and with that virtually no atmosphere. Overall, this is just not value for money at all for me and wouldn’t even wish this meal on my worst enemy. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

A hidden gem. Monga Curry is small but totally delivers - the chicken was perfectly tender and the curry itself rich and flavourful. Loved the grilled vegetable selection and salad garnish. Highly recommended! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
