Mono Sei isn't your typical Japanese spot. It's clean, minimal, and a little moody—built for the way people actually eat today. Think sushi that's sharp and fresh, hot plates that hit different (crispy, savory, umami-packed), and a sake list that's actually worth exploring. No fuss, no stuffy vibes. Just good food, cool energy, and a space that works just as well for a solo bowl as it does for a late-night catch-up with friends. Mono Sei: low-key, but never boring. Just tried the Premium Hand Roll Course at Monosei Omakase — and wow, it’s an absolute treat. What impressed me most is how the course is packed with extravagant ingredients like uni, truffle, foie gras, and otoro, and the portion is generous as well. I also really loved the shari here. The flavor is bold, with the right balance of saltiness, sourness, and just a hint of sweetness. The fish was fresh was very well prepared. Totally had a great time here!
