DEUTSCH (5 Sterne) Das Monocotta Café in Phetchabun ist ein wirklich besonderer Ort und definitiv einen Stopp wert. Die Lage und Aussicht sind grandios – absolut ruhig, entspannt und perfekt, um abzuschalten. Besonders schön ist, dass man den Shrimps beim Wachsen zusehen kann, da das Café Teil einer angelegten Shrimp-Farm ist. Alles wirkt neu, gepflegt und sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Es gibt sogar Live-Musik, was die Atmosphäre noch angenehmer macht. Die Inhaber sind sehr freundlich und bemüht. Man sollte ein wenig Zeit mitbringen, da die Küche nicht die schnellste ist – dafür wird man aber mit sehr gutem Geschmack belohnt. Ich hatte eine Spaghetti-Portion, die etwas größer hätte sein können, geschmacklich war sie aber wirklich hervorragend. Insgesamt gibt es nichts auszusetzen – ein schöner Ort zum Verweilen, Genießen und Entspannen. Definitiv empfehlenswert – 5 Sterne. ⸻ ENGLISH (5 Stars) The Monocotta Café in Phetchabun is a truly special place and definitely worth stopping by. The location and view are amazing – very peaceful, quiet, and perfect for relaxing. A unique highlight is being able to watch the shrimps grow, as the café is part of a shrimp farm. Everything feels new, clean, and thoughtfully designed. There is even live music, which adds to the pleasant atmosphere. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. The kitchen is not the fastest, so it’s good to come with a bit of time – but the food tastes excellent, which makes it worth the wait. I had a spaghetti dish, which could have been slightly larger in portion size, but the flavor was very good. Overall, there is nothing to complain about. A great place to relax, enjoy good food, and take in the surroundings. Highly recommended – 5 stars. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Beautiful valley for cycling and this is the perfect place to stop. Nice lady toilet & the owner speaks English. Talk to her about camping nearby. She is very knowledgeable. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
