愛知県にあるヴィーガン料理コースのお店に行ってきました！ 知り合いからオススメだよと聞いて、最終日友達に車で一緒に行きました！ 道路側から見たら、全くお店の雰囲気が分かりませんが、車を止めるとキレイな畑と白一色の建物が目に映ります。 中に入ると素晴らしい空間で、店内には焼き菓子やジェラート、コーヒー豆やチャイなども販売あります。 初めて行きましたが、1番高級なランチコースをチョイスして、グルテンフリー対応お願いしました。 お品書きと料理が出る度に凄く丁寧に素材の農園までの説明や案内まであり、感動いたしました。 今回はノンアルコールのペアリングを付けました！ アスパラガスや玉ねぎ、椎茸など旬の野菜も素晴らしくて美味しい。そしてソースも美味しすぎて感動いたしました。料理に畑のお花も添えられているだけではなく、料理と一緒に食べることができて香り、食感、味も美味しかったです。 メニューにないフォカッチャや焼き菓子までボリューム満点で、1時間30分でも時間が足りないくらいで、自分の飛行機時間があったので、もう少しゆっくり食べたかった。 あらかじめ帰りについて聞いていただけたので、最後までスムーズに料理を提供していただき、分かりやすい説明や案内、接客をしていただきありがとうございます！ まだ食べたことない方はぜひ食べに行ってほしい愛知県オススメのヴィーガン料理コースのお店です。 恥ずかしい話し、普段あまりナイフやフォークを使わないため、うまく料理を切り分けることが出来ず申し訳ありませんでした。 名古屋旅行の最後に最高の料理と幸せな時間に感謝いたします。 I went to a vegan restaurant in Aichi prefecture! "Even the fokutcha and baked sweets that were not on the menu were full of volume, and I didn't have enough time even for an hour and a half, and I had my own flight time, so I wanted to eat a little more slowly."
