️ Monster Kitchen 地址：荔枝角青山道688-690號嘉名工廠大廈H座7樓 一入到去就覺得環境好舒服，室內以木系為主調，感覺好溫馨。佢哋仲有個超大嘅戶外露台，夜晚亮咗燈之後超有氣氛，好適合打卡！坐喺度吹住風，真係好Chill ，尤其係張藤椅，忍唔住要影多幾張相！呢度無論係同另一半嚟拍拖，定係成班friend嚟聚會，都超級啱！ 講到嘢食，真係要俾好多個like ： 美國豬肉眼扒配伯爵茶蘋果果醬 呢個配搭好新鮮！豬扒煎到外層微微焦香，但一切開，入面嘅肉汁多到湧出嚟，超Juicy！點埋個伯爵茶蘋果果醬，清新嘅果味同油香超夾。墊底嘅薯蓉超滑順，仲有啲雜菜粒增加口感，成個配搭好有驚喜！ 香煎比目魚 - 烤新薯 - 白菌忌廉汁炒菠菜 （餐牌名仲有英文添：HOMEMADE SAIKYO YAKI HALIBUT • COUSCOUS • GRILLED VEGS） 呢塊比目魚嘅魚油豐富到一個點，食落完全唔會乾爭爭，超嫩滑！配菜嘅烤新薯同用白菌忌廉汁炒過嘅菠菜都好好味，成個combination好夾，係一道高質素嘅主菜！ 提拉米蘇 飯後甜品當然唔少得啦！件Tiramisu口感軟滑，咖啡同酒嘅味道平衡得好好，為呢一餐畫上完美嘅句號。 最後一定要讚吓啲職員姐姐，佢哋唔止靚女，服務仲超細心，成日笑笑口，好耐冇喺香港遇過咁好禮貌同真誠嘅服務啦！真係令人食得好開心。 Monster Kitchen. The interior is mainly wood-themed, giving off a warm and cozy vibe. They also have a huge outdoor terrace, and when the lights come on at night, the atmosphere is amazing—perfect for photos! Pan-Fried U.S. Pork Ribeye with Earl Grey Apple Jam. This combination is so unique! The pork chop is seared to a slightly crispy finish, but when you cut into it, the juices just burst out—super juicy! Pairing it with the Earl Grey apple jam, the refreshing fruity flavor complements the richness of the meat perfectly Pan-Fried Halibut - Roasted New Potatoes - Spinach with Creamy Mushroom Sauce (The menu even has an English name: HOMEMADE SAIKYO YAKI HALIBUT • COUSCOUS • GRILLED VEGS). This halibut is so rich in fish oil, it’s not dry at all—super tender! Tiramisu. Of course, dessert is a must! The Tiramisu is soft and smooth, with a perfect balance of coffee and liqueur flavors, ending the meal on a perfect note.
