We had a cozy dinner here whilst visiting Koh Lanta! The food and service was delicious. Bitterballen was delicious and the pasta my husband had was amazing! Would definitely highly recommend Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’ve eaten here a few times now, including a Christmas Eve group dinner. The food is nice. I love the bitterballs, they’re just like what you get in the Netherlands. However, I don’t think I will be coming back again. Last night I contacted Moods on Facebook to order take away. They responded immediately with the menu. I then placed an order (which they read) and waited 10 minutes. I then asked them to let me know if it was received, which was also read, and still received no reply. Eventually (after 40 minutes or so) I felt very frustrated and told them not to bother. I then got an immediate response saying ‘sorry we are really busy right now and can’t reapond’. This is terrible! Why bother to send a menu if you’re not going to take an order. And why not tell me straight away that they can’t honour it? I ended up driving past on my way to get food elsewhere and there was only 2 of the tables filled with people in the restaurant. So I really don’t know what happened!! When we have eaten there, the staff are friendly and helpful. Hopefully you guys can improve this in future. If you can’t do something please communicate with your customers so they don’t become resentful and frustrated. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
