Showed up for their advertised Monday/Thursday psytrance 1–10pm party, “Moonbeach Festival,” around 7:15pm. The only reason I went is because their most recent Instagram post was just 4 days prior and didn’t mention anything about the parties not happening. If events are postponed or canceled, you’d expect that to be clearly communicated. The posted address led to a small sign off the road and a long, dark driveway. It already felt a bit off, I stopped the bike and listened for music and heard nothing. Instead of turning back, I kept going. I rode into a small clearing and saw another dim sign for Pai Moon Beach past a light barricade. As soon as I got closer, multiple dogs started barking and three came out of the dark chasing me. Honestly nightmare fuel. I tried to turn the motorbike around quickly and tweaked my wrist in the process, then just gunned it and got out. Barely made it back onto the main road while they were still chasing. Got back to town kind of in shock, still had to stay calm enough to ride safely. Then I messaged them on WhatsApp like I hadn’t gone yet and asked if the event was happening. The response attached is what I got. Woke up the next day and my wrist is properly messed up, likely a full sprain. I actually had to extend my stay in Pai because I can’t ride my motorbike. The whole situation felt off. My mind even went to whether this could be some kind of scam. Either way, I’m grateful it wasn’t worse. I could have easily crashed in the dark or been bitten. Just a heads up to be careful heading out there at night. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The psy parties here are really energetic. Didn't order food here so cannot comment, just water and drinks Meal type: Dinner Atmosphere: 5

Too loud in a local area , expensive , This is a party location next to elephant shelter and local Thai people with lots of complaints from this side area of pai , 10rai parties to dreamscape events, loud noises and complaints, locals wants to rest in evening time Wish there more respect and not money grabbing Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
