One of my favorite "hang-out" spots in Tainan. I wish more people knew about this place. It's owner / chef is a real pleasure to spend time talking to and her passion for fresh-made food is wonderful. When she serves you a burger.... she's invested herself into even baking the bun she serves. I've been in Tainan for 4 years now, in Taiwan for 16 years. Moonlight Saloon is hands down one of my favorite spots to go to. Just wish I could visit more often. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
